Petalbees has been in operation since the last 3 years. The intention has always been simple, to help deliver your sincerest wishes and thoughtful gifts. Through the many wonderful months since its inception, Petalbees has been blessed by your trust in it. However, delivery outside Klang Valley, order at least Three (3) days in advance. Due to the higher demand than usual during Peak/Festive season, we will try to accomadate your special time request as practical as we can. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date . Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm Important Notice : The delivery is only for fresh flowers or fruits arrangement (Perishable goods) within Klang Valley, ourstations, Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery for Artificial flowers will require at least 3 working days and we accept orders within Klang Valley only. Outstation and Overseas order are not acceptable. 2. What are your areas of coverage for delivery service? Our delivery service is within Malaysia that includes Sabah & Sarawak. Please refer to our Areas of Coverage (Stated below the page 1.1) 3. Did your order inclusive of delivery charges? Please refer to the List of Delivery Charges. (Stated below the page 1.2) 4. What are the alternative payment for my order? a. On-line Payment through our secured payment gateway from epay Asia c. Order By Fax 5. Will prices vary during special ocassion? Prices are subject to change for special ocassion, eg; Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and etc. 7. How Secure is your On-Line Payment System? Yes. The Merchant Originated Secure Electronic Transaction (MOSET) is technology used to secure online credit card transactions. We are guaranteed by epay Asia for every onlince transaction via its payment gateway. 7. How do I know if my order placed from your website has been acknowledged? For order that pay via our Online Payment System, you will receive an acknowlegement email from epay Asia to confirm your payment is being successfully accepted and processed. 8. What is your refund policy? Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will either give you a free-replacement or cash refund that equivalent to your order. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained. If the cancellation orders is done by the customer in less than 48 hours, we will refund 50% of the purchased price ( as we have incurred the cost for getting your flowers for the delivery date). For cancellation order by customer less more than 48 hours we will have transaction charge of 10% of the purchased price, hence the refund is purchasing price less than 10% . The refund will be at the discretion of Petalbees Florists & Gifts. |
