Delivery Time

Our operation hours is based on Malaysia local time (GMT +08:00).

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday : 9am - 12pm (Alternate Sat off)
Sunday & Public Holidays : Closed

For orders that fall on Saturday (after 11.a.m) and Sunday, delivery will be made on the next upcoming working day.

Weekdays

• Any order received before 10.30am, the delivery will be made on the same day.
• Any order received after 10.30 am, we will try to deliver on the same day if not the delivery will be made on the following working days.

Weekends & Public Holidays

• Any order received before 10.30am on Saturday, delivery will be made on the same day.
• Any order received after 10.30am on Saturday, we will deliver on the upcoming Monday.
• If your delivery date's fall on Malaysia Public Holidays, the delivery will be made on the next working day.

Important Notice:
The delivery is only for fresh flowers or fruits arrangement (Perishable goods) within Klang Valley, ourstations, Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery for Artificial flowers will require at least 3 working days and we accept orders within Klang Valley only. Outstation and Overseas order are not acceptable.

Delivery Policy

Petalbees's Policy for local order states that we will make flower arrangements of your order in accordance to the one you chose from the internet using the type, shape, size and colour as per the order specifications.  In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

 Regional Delivery Policy (Out of Klang Valley and throughout Malaysia)

Petalbees reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the availability of specific flower types. Petalbees also reserves the right to not accept any responsibility for the business conduct of our affiliate florists as they are answerable to us only to a certain extent. We will however, make sure that all regional orders will be fulfilled in accordance to our customer's order requests and arrangements as shown in our website.

Special Request delivery

You want to get a special delivery to a certain special someone and having it delivered within a certain frame of time will make the delivery even more special.  Let us brave the traffic and the unpredictable obstacles for you.  But, to accommodate your request for that special delivery on specified time frame, or for outstation orders, we would advise you to place order at least 2 days in advance. Delivery time must be within our operational hours. In certain circumstances, especially during peak seasons (eg. Valentine Day, Mother's Day, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year etc), we may not be able to accommodate your special hour delivery request, however, be rest assured that we will deliver it on the day requested.

Payment
All personal orders must be charged to a credit card or paid in cash prior to delivery. All  corporate order must be faxed over affixed with a company stamp. For Corporate orders, cheque must be crossed and payable to " Petalbees Florists & Gifts".  OR TT payment to Hong Leong Bank, 13700007977 ( Petalbees Florists & Gifts).

Refund Policy

Should you find any problem with your order, please notify us upon receipt of the order as most of our order is perishable. We will either give you a free-replacement or cash refund equivalent to your order. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained. If a cancellation order is done by the customer in less than 48 hours, we will refund 50% of the purchase price (as we have incurred cost in getting your flowers for the delivery date). For cancellation orders made more than 48 hours we will charge transaction fee of 5% from the purchased price. Cancellation of urgent orders (same-day or next-day delivery) is not refundable. The refund will be at the discretion of Petalbees Florists & Gifts.

Delivery on Sunday, Public Holidays

Special arrangement for Sunday delivery  service can only be made if the order comes in at least 2 days in advance. Delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays and non operating hours, a surcharge of RM20 will be levied.  Kindly call us to made arrangement  before order.  If not we will deliver on the upcoming working day.

Delivery During Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Valentine, Chinese New Year, Christmans, kindly place your order Two(2) days ( working day) in advance. However, delivery outside Klang Valley, order at least Three (3) days in advance.  Due to the higher demand than usual during Peak/Festive season, we will try to accomadate your special time request as practical as we can. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.
